Cancellation Policy
Program Cost: $599 Payment Schedule: [e.g., 25% deposit upon signing, balance due before the first session]. Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the Coach cancels the program. The Coach agrees to provide faith-centered coaching services through the Life Planning Signature Coaching Program. This includes: Assessing the Client’s life across spiritual, personal, professional, relational, and financial dimensions. Providing actionable steps to align goals with God’s vision and core values. Creating strategies to overcome challenges and achieve measurable goals. Offering tools, resources, and accountability to support transformation. Conducting regular coaching sessions tailored to the Client’s individual needs. Client Rescheduling: The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session in writing. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Coach Rescheduling: If the Coach must reschedule, they will notify the Client promptly and arrange a mutually convenient time. The Client acknowledges: Coaching is a process of personal and professional development, and the Coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The Client assumes responsibility for implementing decisions and actions based on coaching sessions. The Coach shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Client’s participation in the program. Termination by the Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Payments made are non-refundable. Termination by the Coach: The Coach reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client fails to meet program expectations, violates terms, or demonstrates behavior that hinders the coaching relationship.
